Level up your fitness game in this dynamic, 32-hour in-person training designed for the next generation of instructors and enthusiasts. Blending fitness sculpt, mat Pilates, and a touch of yoga, this immersive experience will sharpen your technique, deepen your understanding of anatomy, and elevate how you move, teach, and connect. You’ll learn everything from proper form, cueing, and class sequencing to playlist creation, use of props, and how to confidently audition for teaching roles. Led by three seasoned instructors with diverse backgrounds, this program combines hands-on learning with at-home practice and real class exposure. Join us June 22–25 (5–9pm) and June 27–28 (9–5pm) to build skills, confidence, and a standout presence in any studio.
